I spent thirteen years taking care of women.
Then I had to take care of myself.

I'm Enrieta. I bring artificial intelligence into the work of people who can no longer carry everything alone — professionals, small businesses, mothers working inside and outside the home.
End of 2020
I loved being a beautician. Thirteen years making women feel beautiful and, above all, listening to them.
Then I became a mother, and each time the space got tighter: the work outside, the work at home, my own passion.
During my fourth pregnancy I learned there were complications. It was the end of 2020, the world was shutting down for Covid. Then Abigail arrived, special in every sense.
I no longer wanted to be at the mercy of situations that didn't depend on me.
Digital freed me from the appointment book. And chained me to social media.
I studied digital marketing, built collaborations, did mentoring. It worked.
But there was a new trap: to be followed, to count, to exist, you had to post. Always. Stories every day, content every day.
I had changed trade, not master.
Three steps, in two years
March 2024
The first methods for winning clients without chasing them.
2025
Avatars: I could delegate my own presence to a clone that speaks for me.
Early 2026
Claude. From there my whole view of work changed.
I stopped delegating to the version of me who works more.
I started delegating to systems.
Who works for me while I'm away
- ALMAIRA— holds contacts, calendar and email together
- RicevAI— answers clients on WhatsApp, books appointments, follows up
- GlobalLead— finds the right clients and contacts them
- GrowthOS— prepares the social content
- RegiaOne— makes AI providers compete and pays the cheapest
Alongside this I run BrandLuxury11, my luxury dropshipping business: I don't know retail and e-commerce by hearsay.
Three women
Graziana had gone flat, at work and in her relationship. We worked on mindset and on the tools to be found. Today she runs an artisan pastry business and has moved to Ticino.
Silvia watched me take the first step towards innovation. She embraced it her own way: today she builds automations and helps her community.
Claudia was looking for someone to set up bookings and automations at a human price. She couldn't find anyone.
Soul and air
Two things make me angry. People who stand and watch, use artificial intelligence like a toy and never look into it. And people who make it seem difficult on purpose, to keep others away.
I stand in between: I take what they complicate and make it simple for you.
That's why ALMAIRA is called that. Soul and air: a soul set free. Artificial intelligence adapted to you doesn't replace you, it gives you back time. I brought out my own essence through her.
Today I help freelancers, small businesses and mothers cut manual work in half. Without overthinking, without guilt.
If you recognised yourself in any of this, let's talk.
