Your data is used only for this: to get back to you about your request. We do not sell it, we do not pass it on to third parties for their marketing, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before.

4. How long we keep it

For 24 months from the last contact, after which we delete it. If you become a client, the data needed for our working relationship is kept for as long as the law requires (for example for accounting).

5. Who helps us manage it

We use reliable providers that process data only on our behalf:

  • Netlify: website hosting
  • Supabase: storage of requests
  • Resend and Google Workspace: sending and receiving email
  • Anthropic and OpenAI: only for the voice demo, the assistant on the Incassi Puntuali page and Enrieta's assistant (they generate the assistants' replies and voice; Anthropic receives the chat text in order to reply)
  • HighLevel (LeadConnector): the CRM that receives the contact details left with Enrieta's assistant, managed on our behalf by our marketing partner
  • Stripe and PayPal: online payments (card or account details are handled only by the payment provider; we never see them)
  • Google: the browser's speech recognition in the voice demo, and public Google Maps data in the scanner
  • Meta Platforms Ireland (and, if activated, LinkedIn Ireland): the advertising pixels, only if you accept cookies (see point 7)

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland and the EU (for example in the United States). In that case the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format. Just write to info@enrietabiz.com: we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country.

7. Cookies and advertising pixels

Technical cookies: we always use them, because the site needs them to work (for example to remember your cookie choice). They do not require consent.

Meta and LinkedIn pixels: only if you press «I accept» in the banner, the site loads the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and, if activated, the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). They are used to measure the results of our ads (for example how many people write to us or contact us after seeing an ad) and to show our ads to people who have already visited the site. They collect the pages visited, some actions (such as a message sent or a payment started) and technical data about the device, and Meta and LinkedIn may link this data to your profile on their platforms. We are jointly responsible with Meta and LinkedIn for collecting and sending this data; what they do with it afterwards is covered by their own privacy policies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For transfers outside Switzerland and the EU, what is written in point 5 applies.

If you press «Only necessary», these tools are not loaded. You can change your mind at any time with the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of every page. We remember your choice for 6 months, then we ask you again.
