What's the difference between a custom AI agent and a ready-made platform?
A ready-made platform does what it does: the company adapts its work to the tool. A custom agent is built around the existing process, speaks in the company's own words, and changes when the company changes. EnrietaBiz builds custom, but says so when a ready-made platform would be enough: rebuilding something that already exists is an expensive way to reach the same result.
How much does a custom AI agent cost?
It depends on what the agent has to do and how tangled the process it enters is: an automation between two programs and an assistant that talks to customers don't cost the same. EnrietaBiz gives the price in the first half hour, after looking at the real work, and operates both in Switzerland and in Italy — two markets with different price lists.
